Timeless Beauty

I needed a break from the frenzy of working on the business plan and other logistics for my preschool, so I thought I'd take a much needed break and post some photos. This was the second time I was invited to this home, but this time, I was asked to photograph their family. I loved everything about working with Lori. She has this timeless beauty about her, and her home is filled with such nostalgia, that I even ended up inside her closet, taking pictures of vintage treasures I found in there. None of those are posted here, but thought that was neat.

Lori and Chris, thank you for giving me the honor of capturing your family's photos. I hope this hobbyist did them justice. Here's a handful of my favorites.

These are some of the best you've ever done. Love the flare in the first shot and how you got the perfect 'feel' of this vintage home and family who are indeed timeless.
Gorgeous!

These are incredible, Andrea. First glance favs: hanging out on the fence and playing with the dolls (love the conversion there)...but I LOVE them all. Beautiful. Congrats mama.

YES, this "hobbyist" did them justice! Wow, what a beautiful family and BEAUTIFULLY captured. I really am blown away, Andrea. I love the one with the little guy clowning on the brick walkway, and I love the vintage feel of the last one. Timeless indeed.

What a great series this is Andrea! That last shot kills me. He looks like such a sweet little boy with his parents in the background. Wonderful shots.

Wow, Andrea. Maybe you should be doing THIS full time? They are fabulous!

@ Gale - Nah, I’m not aspiring to be a photographer by trade. Too stiff of competition. Photography is my hobby and I never plan to make my living at it.

Now, my escuelita--that’s my passion.

Stunning photos, if I had to pick just one it would be the B&W of the little boy and the mom reading the book. All of the photos are amazing.
